Artist Bio
James Lee
James started taking photographs seriously in 1987 at the age of 16, like most photographers his age he first started printing black and white photography in a darkroom before the digital age, this is how his love of photography began and he would often spend hours in the dark room. James has been a professional photographer for well over 10 years.
James is passionate about film photography and is quite active in the film photography community and is passionate about keeping the purity of film photography alive he is proud to be part of local film photography groups such as the Toronto Film Shooters, and the Classic Camera Revival Podcast.
James is nationally accredited in Wedding Story by the Professional Photographers of Canada; his passion for photography has driven him to dedicate a large portion of his time to educating other photographers and continuing his photography journey, James is a proud member of the Milton Photographic Arts Club and is also a former photography instructor at Sheridan College in Oakville Ontario.
James is a member of the Executive Board of the Milton Photographic arts Club.
